The project is a commercial, hotel-type building. Consist of (25) floors. The first (10) floors are the hotel, and the rest are residential apartments with types; (1+1) - (2+1) - (3+1) - (4+1). These apartments can be invested as hotel apartments with a long-term contract between the management of the five-star hotel, and the investor.

The hotel apartments have the usual hotel full-services like; Cleaning services, holding meetings, Airport back and forth escorting services, … etc of the services set, which prestigious hotels provide.

An important note to keep in mind; the project contains very large models, it can reach up to (679 M2), which is hard to find in similar hotels.

The project facilities include;
