The project consists of 969 apartments distributed over 3 residential blocks with a height of 30, 33 and 37 floors, in addition to a commercial block that contains 120 shops distributed over 3 floors that will form the largest open market in the area.
The total area of the project is 19000 m2, 40% of which is green space that will be above the shops.
One of the apartment models in the project will be a home office, so it can be used as an apartment or an office at the same time.
The apartment models in the project are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 and all the models have a balcony.
