The project is the biggest project in the region, if not the biggest in the entire Istanbul. The total area of this project is (1.157.000) square meters. (70%) of it is green spaces, in addition to a park with a total area of (207.000) square meters right in front of the project where it has a direct view to this park.

Villas of this project have three phases;
1. The first phase contains (509) villas, which will be delivered at the end of 2021.

2. The second phase contains (199) villas, which will be delivered at the end of the year 2023.

3. The third phase didn’t start the selling process yet. It contains (692) villas.
In the end, the total villas in this project are (1400) villas.
The villas’ types are different, they start from (2+1).
The project has artificial pools, distributed in several places, one of these pools contains white sand and you can swim in it. It is designed on a total area of (4000) square meters.

The internal features of the project are the biggest, (14.000) square meters, which contains;

2. Sauna Room.
3. Turkish Bath.
