The project is a single tower with a height of 15 floors that contains only two model layouts for apartments alternating between 1+1 and 2+1 amounting to a total of 129 housing units. The model boasts small apartment models owing to their facilitated investment performance for rent and resale.
The project also includes eight shops and a shared terrace on the last floor of the building, which contains seating areas, water pools, miniature gardens, and a cafe!
