• The project comprises of a building, of which the lower section consists of a 4-story commercial mall. Each floor within the shopping malls contains 35 different shops international brands and stores distributed around the mall. Whereas the other upper section consists of 46 commercial offices different sizes, suitable for obtaining Turkish citizenship. The project management also grants a rental return of 7.5% of the property value to the investor over a period of three years.
