• The project consists of eight residential blocks housing 150 apartments with distinctive views overlooking green spaces and the sea, offering various standard apartment and duplex layouts.
• The project will be delivered in multiple phases: the first of which will see the delivery of two blocks at the beginning of March next year 2020, with the remaining blocks to be gradually delivered until mid-next year.
• The land area is 6,500 m2.
• Ground floor terraces for sunbathing in addition to terraces on the upper floor are available.
