• The project includes 1000 residential units under three stages as follows:
• The first phase: - Ready for delivering – it includes four blocks with 420 residential units according to the residence system. It is also equipped with all services and social facilities, in addition to 15 commercial units to serve the residents of the project.
• The second phase: - ready for delivering – it includes 333 residential units and 35 commercial units with full social facilities, such as outdoor swimming pool, swimming pool for children, sauna and Turkish bath..... etc.
• The third phase: it is a hotel that will be completed in 2020, it is a 46-floor building with a total of 320 units equipped with full hotel services.
