• The project consists of five residential towers, the first of which will be delivered in February of 2021 and the rest of the towers in mid-2022, in which all the residential model options are 1 + 1, 2 + 1, and 3 + 1, plus a balcony for all models. The project's land area is 20,000 square meters.


• The height of the first block in the project is 24 floors, while the remaining residential blocks are 33 floors. What is unique about the project is the presence of private green spaces within each residential block that exists between every five floors to give the project residents an additional luxury.
• Facilities within the project include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a children's playground, a basketball court, and another for playing football.

• The project contains an open market in which 64 shops are distributed, including all commercial services such as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and so on.
