The project contains two residential blocks with (86) apartments only. The project total space is (10.000 M2), therefore, its residents have more room to actually benefit from its large service scale compared to other projects in the region.

The first block is six-floor height, with big apartments models like (1+3.5) - (1+4.5). On the other hand; you will find the small apartments models in the second block, with a 15-floor height, its apartments’ type is (1+1) - (2+1).

The apartments’ smart system in the project enables us to control everything in the project from far, even doors are provided with a fingerprint system.

The project has a number of shops of its own, which gives it some vitality in the region, especially because it has some international brands such as Starbucks within the project.
